Difficulties with check-in due to lack of clear signage.

The room was spacious and clean, with a comfy bed and nice tea/coffee facilities. Loved having a fan when it got warm, and the piping hot shower was a highlight. A bit tricky with the shower setup, though, as it was small and the sink was in the way. The mattress could use an upgrade since it felt a bit worn. the decor was charming and gave a cozy vibe.

Had a great time with friends! Enjoyed visiting the nearby lake and the charming market town. The place had a cozy living area and a complimentary tea/coffee setup. Breakfast at the mill was a highlight, cooked to order and delicious. Just keep in mind, it's a bit basic but perfect for a fun getaway.

Shower space lacked a shelf or hook for toiletries, making the process a bit clumsy. the reception setup is a bit odd—no one around when I arrived, just a note guiding me to my room, which felt a bit impersonal. Basic furniture like only one chair for two people in Room Six wasn't ideal, especially for couples. The broken handrail at the stairs needs attention, as it's a small safety concern—definitely not what you want to deal with in a place meant for relaxation.

yaxham mill is a lovely place, really clean and comfy. paul, the host, was super friendly and helpful, made us feel right at home. breakfast was amazin, we had the full english which was cooked fresh and so tasty. the vibe is very chill and peaceful, perfect for a getaway. also, the location is great, surrounded by fields, perfect for a little stroll before brekkie.

the shower was a bit tricky to get right, be careful not to burn urself! also, parking can be an issue since it's shared with the indian restaurant next door, so you might have trouble finding a spot sometimes.

Perfect get away

What a cozy spot! The room was super clean and comfy, and we loved the homemade breakfast. The lady cook was so friendly, made us feel right at home. Only hiccup was the tight shower space—def not for the big and tall! it was a fab stay with the beautiful countryside outside.
